This week's New Girl was Valentine-tastic, and I loved it.
First of all, Jess trying to put "little Jess" first was hilarious. I love that she turned a simple quest for a one night stand into a huge ordeal, complete with ex girlfriends and annoying chatter about lunchtime.
Schmidt and Cece hooked up again, which isn't a big deal except Jess was contemplating hooking up with him, too. Awkward! For Cece, though, not for Jess, because she doesn't even know Schmidt and Cece did anything.
Nick waited around for his new girlfriend the lawyer to give him the time of day, since she was working and he made reservations. I don't have a good feeling about this relationship. (Doomed.)
Winston made a lot of progress with his former booty-call, and I do have a good feeling about that relationship. (Success!)

You Rock A Lot of Polka Dots
New Girl, as you know, is one of my most favorite shows ever!! I am just so excited that this show is doing well. It's such a fun time, and I'm glad it's still on tv.
This week, Jess and Nick's new girlfriend get into it, Schmidt has a fit over his damp towel, and Winston tries to date his former booty call. My favorite moments on the show this week were:

- Jess talking about mean girls with her friends: This is so true, right? Us girls can spot shadiness a mile away.
- Jess defending her toughness with Nick's girlfriend: I love how Jess is feminine and tough at the same time. Yes, she's quirky and cute, but don't ever think for a second that she can't hold her own!
- Schmidt realizing Nick has been using his towels - and underwear: Hilariously disgusting.

Jar!
Another one of my favorite shows is back: New Girl. I love this show so much. I don't know if it's the Jess character, or Nick, or Schmidt, or Winston - well, it's all of them. All together. It really is the ensemble that makes this show work. If Jess were surrounded by other characters (or other actors), I'm positive I wouldn't be as crazy about this show.
This week, it's Schmidt's birthday (29th) and like any metrosexual out there, he's bummed because his party bus fell through. So Jess takes it upon herself to save the day and throw him the douchiest douchebag party she can possibly throw.
Nick is dating a lawyer (played by Lizzy Caplan - Janis in Mean Girls - who incidentally, someone said I used to look like back when Mean Girls first came out), and she is awesome!! I hope she becomes a recurring character on the show.
Schmidt's frenemy is at the party and he is a major creep. And he's mean, too.
I loved this episode and I want to know what you thought of it. Tweet me!
