I love Jeff Lewis' new show, Interior Therapy! It is everything I love about Flipping Out, just more focused. We get one family, one project, and all the drama. What more could you ask for?
In the premiere episode, Felice and Michael want a better master bedroom and bathroom. After a lot of setbacks at first, they got that and a lot more. The best thing about Felice and Michael is how tightly wound they are. They actually quoted their marriage vows, where Michael promised to leave all decorating choices to Felice. She wasn't joking. She didn't want his input on not one goddamned thing. However, Jeff made sure Michael's aesthetic was fairly represented in the design. They actually got a bed they both liked! Which, if you saw the show, seemed to be an impossible feat.
But, the real joy came from watching my favorite odd couple, Jeff and Jenni, interact. It's always half jokes and half bickering with them. And it makes for great tv. Zoila stopped by, and make me laugh, as usual. Jeff dealing with the kids was so hilarious. I love when he's being silly.
