Happy Friday!!! I am so happy to be blogging - this Friday thing is exactly what the Dr. ordered. I have time to ruminate and marinate on these shows and give you a more rounded out opinion, versus my snap judgment. I do want to address something I forgot last week: at the botox party, I need to point out that Renee was the one that assumed Carla didn't come to the party because she didn't want to see Love, which was total bullshit and then Renee told Love that fairytale. I just needed to get that out there. This week, we saw the ladies each dealing with men - Renee and Junior, Carla and her ex, Drita and Lee, Karen and Dave, Ramona and her boyfriend, Love and all the men she's tried to kill ... I actually really enjoyed this episode and all the drama that's unfolding. This may be my favorite season of Mob Wives yet. So let's hand out some grades, kids!
Karen: First of all, I have to say, I friggin' loved you on this episode. I got my life when you said "I'm gonna pop a capUllary" ... Oh my God ... that was hilarious. But seriously, the situation with your ex has got to change. There is no way that he's gonna stay in your house for free and have some girl leaving her undies in your daughter's room. There is so much wrong with that sentence it's mind boggling. I can't wait till next week to see you confront him. Also, you're smart to talk to a financial planner and try to figure out a way to make your money grow for you and your daughter. On another note, I wonder if your trips down memory lane while you're talking to every single person in the episode are necessary at this point. We truly do get it, you grew up in the "lifestyle". I still love you, though. Karen's grade for the week: B (all kidding aside, she is doing great this season).
Ramona: This is gonna surprise you, but I agreed with you 100% when you were talking to Karen and when you were talking to Renee. You gave them both great advice, and I loved it. As for your situation, you're doing the best you can, and I respect that. Ramona's grade for the week: A (I can't believe it, either!).
Drita: Seeing Lee again is going to be sooooo crazy for you, but I have a feeling you and the girls are going to get through it. And hopefully, Lee will not be going back to jail once he does get out. I think I do want you and Lee to try to be a family and I think you do too, for the girls and for yourself as well. You are still my favorite, by the way. I liked that you tried to sort things out between Love and Carla but damn, Love isn't playing around. You better tell Carla to keep it cute and smooth this out because it would be a shame for those two to go at it for something Renee made up/assumed. Drita's grade for the week: A (she is so fun and laid back this season, I'm loving it).
Renee: Congratulations, first and foremost, on deciding to go to rehab. That's a major step, and I'm super happy for you. I'm glad AJ finally came around and supported your decision, because at first, that conversation was not going well at all. Regarding Junior, whoever he's talking to knows your son. That's the only way he would know that you're having this issue with him about his dad. So, it's definitely a good thing you moved and hopefully, that's the last you'll hear from Junior. I wish he would just leave you alone so you can heal. The fact that he's the one that started over-medicating you to make sure you didn't realize what he was doing is just disgusting. I'm so sorry that happened to you, but you're already a lot stronger now. Maybe that's the lesson here. I do have to give you a little grief about the whole Love/Carla thing. You know you were wrong for that. As for burning all of the Junior memorabilia, I totally agree - get that toxic presence out of your life for good. And just know, we support you in your sobriety. Renee's grade for the week: C (she really has to stop creating issues between other people and focus on getting herself back together).
Love: The scene with your mom was so good! I loved it, and yes, you describing what a terror you were cracked me up. I can't help but be super curious about why you would try to kill all those men??? Do tell!!! Your scene with Drita scared me a little bit, only because you're going off of what Renee said - which is never a good idea - when you should really make sure Carla feels that way first. I mean, before you break her face, and all. Love's grade for the week: C (I think she's jumping the gun with this whole Carla thing, but other than that, she makes me laugh).
Carla: I can definitely see where you're coming from with the whole Joe/girlfriend thing. And it is kind of a slap in the face that he's created this little family atmosphere and you're not a part of it. However, I think part of the reason he's not including you is because your first reaction IS to hate his girlfriend and shit all over his relationship. And he knows that, so why tell you anything or let you in on anything, you know? Anyway, I think if you find a way to talk to his girlfriend and make an arrangement with her that you will be involved and respected, all of you can coexist and give the kids a good example. You know, adults working together and all that jazz. With Love, just let her know you didn't start any of this mess and you didn't go to the botox party for your own reasons - none of which have anything to do with her. Carla's grade for the week: B (she needs to sort things out with Joe and with Love and I hope she does so we can move on to other storylines).

Mob Wives - Season Premiere
Well, kids, Mob Wives is back, and I feel like a part of me is in Staten Island heaven. Seriously, I love these ladies so much – even the ones I don’t particularly like. Here’s why. They don’t care what anyone thinks of them. They do their own thing and stay true to themselves. Sometimes that gets them into trouble (especially with each other). But it doesn’t matter. The level of personal integrity just makes me happy. What can I say? I love their attitudes and senses of humor.
Now, I won’t be grading anyone because the season just started and besides, the whole season premiere episode was about Carla and Renee anyway. So I’m just going to give my take on this beef between them.
Let’s just put it out there, Renee admitted she is addicted to pills, but she’s dealing with it. From the season preview, it looks like she enters rehab, which is great. I totally applaud her for doing that (if that’s the case and VH1 isn’t playing tricks on me). So, does that justify Carla calling Renee a junkie every five minutes? No. This is what I have a problem with. If Carla was truly concerned about Renee, she wouldn’t address her pill popping in that manner. Carla is only using Renee’s addiction to prove that she’s crazy and can’t be taken seriously. But, we all know Renee is over the top. We all know she exaggerates and blows things out of proportion (it’s kind of what I love about her). I don’t think it’s right for Carla to trivialize Renee’s problem just to discredit her entirely.
Carla may or may not have been with married men and may or may not be a husband stealer. We don’t know. If she is, she’s hidden it pretty well (at least I haven’t stumbled across any evidence). If Renee’s only evidence is this one party and a rumor about Carla and Junior, I’m inclined to not believe it. The truth is, Renee has always had a problem with Carla, including who she dates. They came to blows over Carla’s last boyfriend, for crying out loud. I definitely think Renee needs to take a step back at least until she’s in a better state of mind, and stop judging anyone else’s personal life. If Carla wants to date married men, the karma for that will be enough. No one likes a mistress.
I do want to mention Love Majewski, the newest addition to the Mob Wives cast. I gotta be honest, I’m on the fence with her right now. I’m not a big fan of people who have shot and stabbed other people, but I want to know more about her before I make a decision.
As usual, my girl Drita was a sweet heart and so was my adopted mother (in my head) Big Ang. I even liked what I saw from Karen and Ramona on this episode! By the way, Karen, your hair looks great! I love the new color.
As far as Carla vs. Renee, we’ll have to see where the season takes us, but as of now, I’m not on anyone’s team. I feel like both ladies need to back off and just let each other live, which is sort of what they agreed to at the brunch. And it’ll last all of ten minutes, I imagine! Love you ladies!

We're Fightin'!
Part 2 of the Mob Wives reunion was fantastic. It started off with Drita and Ramona still screaming at each other, but thankfully, no punches were thrown. I loved how Joy Behar, the host who could hardly hide the fact that she's never seen the show, tried to calm everyone down by saying that words don't hurt and asked everyone to sit down and not get up anymore. First off, these women make their points by standing up and gesturing wildly, we all know this. And second, do you know who you're talking to? When do any of these ladies listen to the moderator? Speaking of, why didn't they have Wendy Williams host? She definitely watches the show and doesn't have to ask stupid questions like Joy did in part 1! But I digress. Part 2, like I said, was great, and actually ended on a positive note.
Get your Mob Wives fix here.
Renee: Congrats on being the biggest potty-mouth on the show! Over 400 bleeps all season - why does that number seem low to me? Anyway, you stayed true to your role as peacekeeper this week between Ramona and Drita, and begged them not to fight. I'm so glad they didn't. You like drama, but it seems like you don't want these girls to actually fist fight. I love you, Renee, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next season. Renee's grade for the week: A (because she's always real and raw and I love it).
Karen: I thought you were great this week. You weren't really that confrontational, even when you were saying Drita's "crickets" line in her rap was about you, you were laughing and not making a big deal about it. I could tell you were just throwing it out there, and you even accepted Drita's explanation that it was about haters in general. I loved how you told Renee to shut up and let Joy speak! Too funny! The scenes with you and your baby-daddy, Dave, were actually really sweet, and I'm glad that you two are on good terms. It's nice to know you're going to handle your business out on the east coast and then return to Arizona at some point, just because that was a big point of contention between you and Dave. I'm really happy with your attitude at this point, the truce definitely agrees with you. Karen's grade for the week: A (because she looks and sounds really happy and I'm happy for her).
Ramona: I have to say it again. You love fighting with Drita. You constantly say things that you know are going to get a rise out of her. Do you just like seeing her get mad? While you sit back and smile? If so, you may want to rethink even wasting the time to do that kind of stuff, because it just makes you come across as immature and petty. If you would just leave things alone, especially when both of you say that you'll leave each other alone and be done with it, you would be applauded. You'd be coming through on your word. But, you take every opportunity to put her in a tizzy! Just leave her alone, already. If you don't start nothin', there won't be nothin', as the saying goes. You went after Carla again this week, too. Although it wasn't as big of a confrontation as last week. I do want to commend you for not fighting, though. Having words is one thing, but physical altercations are so 2011. Let's leave it in the past, shall we? Ramona's grade for the week: C (for pushing buttons - it's getting old).
Carla: The scenes with Joe were really entertaining. You two are a gorgeous couple. But, I say, once a cheater, always a cheater, and I think you feel the same. I love that you were telling everyone to lower their voices and watch their words after Drita walked off the set. You're a true friend, and you went to bat for Drita all season. I love that. You really don't have problems with anyone else anymore, except Ramona, but that's to be expected. And not because she hates Drita - but because she went after you so hard on both parts of the reunion. So, you have your own beef with her. I don't worry about you fighting, though. You kept your hands to yourself this season. Carla's grade for the week: A (for being a good friend and trying to calm the craziness).
Big Ang: I love how honest you are about your past. Who knew you got popped for selling drugs? Not that I condone it, but I never would have guessed. You're such a happy person, and to think that you've had so many low points is kind of mind-boggling. You got through it all, and now, you're America's Sweetheart, with your own show on the way, which I can't wait to see. Wishing you continued success! You're definitely a good influence on the ladies. I feel like they all sort of look to you and see that life is too short to fight and be miserable with each other. Big Ang's grade for the week: A (of course!)
Drita: I told you last week not to let Ramona get to you, and hopefully, you'll take my advice next season. I don't condone the fighting and I don't want you to fight anymore. Off camera, on camera, whatever. But it was hilarious when you said, "Aftah this show, weah FIGH'IN'!" Just the way you said it cracked me up. But of course, I don't want you to, and I'm pretty sure you didn't. Please, find a way to ignore Ramona next season, or at least be civil with her. Just act like everything she says and does is a joke and laugh it off. I'm really proud of your new rapping career. And the haters can keep hating. When you rapped with Lil Kim, I had to get up and cheer for you. I like your verse on the French Montana song, too. I think you may have a future in this. You definitely have the swagger and voice for it! I'm still Team Drita all the way. Can't wait till next season. Drita's grade for the week: C (for even allowing Ramona to phase her).

Same Old Same Old
The first part of the Mob Wives Reunion was very entertaining. I loved the fact that we saw Jennifer Graziano, Renee's sister, who is an executive producer on the show, and that she weighed in on some really important storylines from this season. I don't know about Joy Behar as host, though. She isn't hip enough, in my opinion, and kept asking stupid questions like, "What does 'get out of my face' mean?" Come on, Joy, at least pretend to understand how these women talk to each other. And besides, you don't even have to focus on that. All you have to do is present the topics and keep the show moving along. Someone get Andy Cohen in there, now.
Let's talk about the ladies and their performance on the show this week.
Big Ang: Thank you again for being the ray of sunshine on this show, and for being honest with everyone. For example, Drita said you were the one that initiated the meeting between Drita and Karen at Renee's party, and you admitted to it. And we all saw it. So, no problem there. I love your quotes and your catchphrases. You really are a treasure. I just hope you can have more of an influence on the other ladies so they can cut down on the drama a little bit. But not all of it. A little drama is good. Big Ang's grade for the week: A (because I love her).
Carla: I was so surprised that you and Karen and Ramona got into it. I really wasn't expecting that. But I think you held your ground. I have no idea if the allegations against you are true or not, but either way you didn't let the cousins intimidate you, and I respect that. Carla's grade for the week: B (because she stood up for herself).
Renee: You revealed a lot more about Junior's betrayal and let us know that your dad is ok. I was really happy to see you looking so happy and rejuvenated after all the trauma you went through this season. Watching you talk about Junior, you were very matter-of-fact with it, and I could see how strong you are now compared to what we saw during the season. So, I just want to say that I'm so happy for you. I love that you know yourself and that you accept the fact that you're over the top. You own it. That's why we love you. Renee's grade for the week: A (because she owns everything she says and does).
Karen: I appreciated how calm and civil you were with Drita on this first part of the reunion. I don't know what we're going to see in part two, but as of right now, you explained your side in a very grown up way. I totally love that. I think we all were relieved that you and Drita were able to iron out some of the details of what happened this season without getting into a fight. Unfortunately, you did get into it with Carla, like I said earlier. It really did shock me, because it seemed to come out of nowhere. We need some clarification on all of that! Karen's grade for the week: B (because she kept her cool with Drita and the exchange with Carla wasn't that terrible).
Drita: I could see the progress you've made during the conversation with Karen. You two actually communicated. It was great. I give you so much credit for that. But, it all fell apart when Ramona spoke. I know that you can't stand the sight of her, but I'm begging you not to let her get a rise out of you. That's exactly what she wants. I know it's easier said than done, though. Anyway, you did great until you and Ramona's incident, which we'll see more of on part two. Please, don't hit her. Drita's grade for the week: C (because she was awesome right up until the fight with Ramona).
Ramona: Here's the thing. You may have gone over to Drita and Karen to tell them to stop fighting, but you ended up screaming at Drita that she was talking about you for the last two years. That's when things changed. Now, at the reunion, everything is going relatively well (for this group) and you go at Drita again, over something stupid, I might add. Then, when things get heated, you scream the exact same thing again (she talked about you). Ok, Ramona, we get it. Do you really want to be this girl? Stop. Please, stop. You look crazy when you finally get a rise out of Drita and that evil smile creeps across your face. Ramona's grade for the week: D (because I'm sick of her causing problems and then celebrating it).

Truce
Well, I hadn't blogged about Mob Wives for the last couple of weeks, because frankly, it was practically the same stuff over and over, and there was really nothing to say. I decided to blog about the finale, but without the grades. I really don't feel it's necessary to grade the ladies based on the season finale. The entire tone was pretty positive and there were only a few moments of tension, which were ultimately resolved, with the exception of Drita and Ramona's bad blood. I'll give my thoughts on the bigger storylines and talk about how the season wrapped up. I am super excited to see the reunion because Drita and Ramona will finally have it out.
First, let's talk about Renee. She's officially not in mourning anymore, and she seems stronger and happier than ever on the finale. I don't believe in the whole burning sage bit, but hey, whatever makes you feel better, Renee. I agree with AJ, though (it's bullsh*t). I'm just happy to see Renee smile and laugh again. We went through a lot with her this season. From the botched surgery to Junior to her father to her own mental breakdown. We were there during her lowest points - but she got through it. And there's something really inspiring about that.
Now, for the Drita and Karen sit down. All in all, I think it went well because both ladies wanted it to. If either one wanted to get crazy, it would have been a disaster. I believe it when they both said they were tired from all the fighting. I can just imagine. It has to be exhausting to engage in the hating and the gossiping and the physical altercations and just the negativity in general. I don't know how long the truce will last, although I commend both Drita and Karen for agreeing that a truce is the best option. Really, it always has been, but outside people, for their own reasons, kept fanning the flames. So, when it was just the two of them, they were able to work it out. And also, enough time had passed. Time really does help. I honestly think it was the perfect time and place for them to come together. Hopefully, these two will honor their word and not start any drama between now and next season, which brings me to my next topic ...
Ramona. Since this season started, I could see that she didn't want Karen and Drita to make up. Why? Because being Karen's sidekick against Drita is her only position on the show. And if that's gone, she may be gone, too. I'm not saying it's right or correct, I'm just saying that's how she's coming across. Ramona has done nothing but make matters worse between Drita and Karen, and I have to say, it's totally unnecessary. When Ramona is giving us her personal story, and not getting into other people's business, she's totally cool as far as I'm concerned. But, when she gets in Karen's ear about Drita, I can't stand her. So we shall see how she justifies that at the reunion.
Don't get me wrong, Drita doesn't need to be fighting or even acknowledging Ramona, so the fact that she participates in it doesn't sit well with me, either. But Ramona definitely could have picked a classier way to deal with her issues with Drita all season long. In my opinion, she messed up with this particular aspect of the show from the start, and she seems hell bent on carrying it through to the end. Unfortunately, considering the fact that Karen has made peace with Drita, it makes Ramona look a little out of the loop. Didn't she get the memo that they're all done with the drama?
By the way, Big Ang prevailed like I knew she would. She had all the 'Wives to a "dinnah pawtee" and no one fought or acted the fool. And all of those kids are absolutely adorable and gorgeous. Beautiful.

Acting Like Ladies
We got to party a little bit with the Mob Wives this week, in between snippets of drama, of course. Remember, this is NOT a recap, just my opinions and thoughts about the episode this week. I'm giving MY point of view, MY way. If you need a recap, please go to VH1.com. If you're cool with me doing my thing, please continue reading.
Karen: Congrats on the book. I think if you're going to write a book, you pretty much have to make it as interesting as possible, so it really doesn't surprise me that you included Lee and Drita. In fact, I expected it. Hey, you gotta sell books, and this controversy between you and Drita is a big deal. I think the book party looked like a lot of fun, and I'm glad you had a good time. I'm happy for you, hun. Karen's grade for the week: A (because she accomplished what she set out to do, and I respect that).
Drita: You were being a great friend to Carla and to Renee on this episode, and you managed to side-step the drama throughout the episode. You let Carla vent and you let Renee vent, but you didn't make it worse, you just listened and told them both to talk to each other, which ended up being the right thing to do. I love that you're so excited about getting the puppy for your girls. That's awesome. I also loved that you don't care if you're in Karen's book or not. I think that's the best way to deal with it. Either you read it or you don't. And let the record show, Carla decided not to go to the book party before talking to you. You just agreed with her decision. Drita's grade for the week: A (for being a good friend, as always).
Carla: I commend you for talking to Renee and straightening out that whole rumor nonsense. The two of you handled that situation really well. Meaning, you didn't end up fighting about it. I don't blame you for not going to the book party, since the last time you talked to Karen, you ended up having issues with Renee. So, I say, you made the right call on that one. Carla's grade for the week: A (because she was able to patch things up with Renee beautifully).
Renee: I'm so glad you're feeling stronger and more confident. You definitely look like you're ready to take on the world. I'm sure the stress of all the recent events is still weighing heavily on you. I think it's great that you went to Big Ang's party and to Karen's book party. You're not gonna sit at home and cry anymore. Good for you! Showing up for your dad's court date was important to you, and I'm sure he appreciated it. I'm sure your relatives know that you had nothing to do with Junior's betrayal, as do your friends. No one is questioning your loyalty to your father. At least I'm not. And it's great that you and Carla made up, I loved that. Renee's grade for the week: A (for staying strong and getting through this with her head held high).
Ramona: I'm so sorry about your jewelry and personal items being taken from you. That doesn't seem right, by any means. I hope you get your stuff back soon. I think you're an awesome friend to Karen, that cannot be denied. You really didn't bother me this week at all! Exciting! Ramona's grade for the week: A (for not pissing me off this week!).
Big Ang: I want to go to one of your parties SO bad!! LOVE me some Big Ang!! Big Ang's grade for the week: A (for being amazing).
Yes, I gave everyone A's this week, because hey, they were cool on this episode, and I give credit where credit is due. No one was out of line (in my opinion), and if you don't agree, you can tweet me!

Gossip Girls
As promised, I'm getting all caught up this morning. Sunday's Mob Wives centered around (who else?) Junior and his decision to cooperate with the Feds against Renee's father. It was another emotional episode, but I have a feeling next week will be even more dramatic. I can't help but wonder how the producers decide how to let the drama unfold on this show and if any of the cast members object to any of it. In my opinion, this show is one of the most raw. I can't imagine many other reality shows exposing as much as these ladies do. But, I definitely appreciate them doing so, because we really are invested in their lives and care about them. So, let's jump right in, kids.
Renee: I think you're doing the best you can in the situation you were handed, which was a terrible, horrible situation. I don't think now is the time to fight with any of your friends. I know there's gossip and you've got our guard up, but please, don't believe everything you hear. Try to shut all that negativity out and focus on you and your family. Renee's grade for the week: Pass (she's going through too much to get a grade this week).
Drita: I think it was smart of you to quit boxing, you're not ready to channel your rage anywhere else right now, much less a boxing ring. So, good for you for walking away. If it's not healthy, and it's not going to help you, don't do it. I thought it was great that you went to see Renee even though you heard she was mad at you. All that stuff goes out the window when someone is in a crisis, and you are a good friend to her. Drita's grade for the week: B (for kicking that poor kid in the boxing ring, LOL!).
Carla: I, personally, don't think you said anything out of line on this episode. The problem is, you said it in front of Karen. That was your mistake. We don't know who told Renee what you said, but ... all signs point to Karen, and it doesn't help that she expressed that she had a problem with what you said during her interview. Technically, you didn't say Renee knew what Junior was doing, but you said she knew something was wrong. By the time the rumor mill got done with that, Renee's hearing that you said something totally different than what you actually said. Hopefully you two can clear this up, because a friendship shouldn't be broken up over rumors and gossip. Congrats on getting along with Joe, though. Gurl, I wouldn't let him get away if I were you. Mmm mmm mmm. Carla's grade for the week: B (for thinking she could speak freely and not get caught up in the rumor mill).
Karen: I don't know if you personally told Renee what Carla said, but the show certainly made it seem that way. Regardless, you had an issue with Carla speaking about Renee's situation and pointing out the obvious - Renee probably knew something was up with Junior because he's been acting different. But there's no possible way she could have known what it was, and I don't think that's what Carla was getting at. Your book sounds very interesting, by the way. Karen's grade for the week: C (for being suspicious of Carla's intentions).
Big Ang: I just love you and how you just sail along and don't get involved with anyone else's drama. Everyone loves you. You need to sit all these girls down and get them to understand that life is too short to be fighting with your friends. Please, tell me you have some kind of sit down at your house by the time the season ends. That would make my year. Big Ang's grade for the week: A (for being Big Ang).
We didn't see or hear from Ramona this week, but she's back next week, so we'll see how that goes.

Heartbreaking
This week's Mob Wives was so emotional, I could hardly keep from crying while I watched. Of course, there were lighter moments, but the main storyline is hitting us where it hurts, for sure. I'm going to be very nice this time around, since everyone is really behaving themselves lately. So here we go.
Renee: I'll start with you because I'm so emotionally invested in your story this season. In this episode, you're holding on to what little hope you can, that the rumors about your ex-husband aren't true. Unfortunately, as we see in the previews for next week, they are. I'm so sorry you had to go through this, especially while filming a reality show. But, you have to know your friends, family, and fans are all behind you 100%. I can see the strong woman emerging little by little, even when you're breaking down. Inside, you're getting stronger, and now, you look and sound better than ever. On last week's Sit Down, you were so pulled together, it was great. Just stay strong. We love you. Renee's grade for the week: A.
Carla: I love that you're getting along with your (ex?) husband. I think you two are actually going to get back together, but we'll see how that plays out. I'm hoping you went to see Renee in her time of need. By the looks of the previews for next week, you're back on Renee's bad side. No bueno! Carla's grade for the week: B.
Drita: I think it's a good idea to take your girls to see their dad. Unfortunately, it is a scary thing to have to do when you're a kid, but that's the reality of the situation. I was crushed when your youngest daughter said she didn't want to go see him. She really has no frame of reference or even an idea of what visiting her dad really means. She's just a baby. I hope you do take the kids to see him, though. I want you to be there for Renee more than what we've seen so far. Hopefully, you went to see her and called her and all that, and they just didn't show it. If not, we need to know why. Drita's grade for the week: B.
Karen: You really stepped up for Renee and it's not going unnoticed. You've been through this same situation with your father cooperating and you know what Renee's son is going through. I find it interesting that the fact that someone wears a wire is worse than just cooperating. It's fascinating how this whole mafia/mob culture works. Almost everyone on the show agreed that cooperating (aka ratting, being a rat) is the worst thing you could do. You're supposed to just do your time and keep your mouth shut. Which is understandable, the rest of the "family" can continue with their business and you don't mess things up for them. Anyway, you impressed me and I related to you emotionally this week. Karen's grade for the week: A.
Ramona: Thank you for being supportive and caring through all of this with Renee. It's appreciated. You're being a really good friend right now. Ramona's grade for the week: A.
Big Ang: You know exactly what a girl needs when she's feeling down. Drag queens! Of course! Nothing makes us happier than fabulous men in fabulous drag. Awesome. I love you, and it's no secret you can pretty much do no wrong with me. Keep it up. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.

Tick, Tick, BOOM
I can't get over how heartbreaking this week's Mob Wives was. Even if you're not a Renee fan, you couldn't help but sympathize with her. Her whole world crumbled before our very eyes, and I couldn't help but feel guilty that I was watching it happen. Who am I to see this kind of personal tragedy play out on a show I turn to for entertainment? But, I reminded myself, this is reality tv. This is the kind of drama we ask for. Sometimes, it's just too real.
I'll start with the lighter stuff first, and then focus on Renee, if that's ok with you all.
Drita: Punching as flirting? I could get into that! Just kidding ... non-violent is definitely the way to go from now on. I'm sure you want a mature, loving relationship after the drama with Lee, but it has to be hard to date after not having any practice for so long. I wouldn't worry about Lee's acquaintance recognizing you at da club. You weren't doing anything wrong or even risque, so even if Lee does get upset, it's really none of his business now that you're getting divorced. The speed dating was kind of a bust, but at least you and Carla had fun. At this point, I say, focus on your career and the right person will come along when the time is right. Drita's grade for the week: B.
Carla: The date with Joe was so friggin' cute. I kind of do want you two to end up together. He is handsome! Anyway, you look a lot happier, so that's why I'm thinking there still may be something there. I remember last season you were totally done with it. See how quick things change? Carla's grade for the week: A.
Big Ang: Who knew you had been to jail? I love how you said you were a total loser that day. It's your honesty and candor that people respond to, I think, and you gave us plenty in that brief scene at the restaurant. And that scene in the deli with Drita was so interesting. Your 38 year old husband needs to appreciate what he has with you. That's all I'll say about that. We love you. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.
Ramona: You behaved yourself, probably because no one said the D word. I actually enjoy your scenes when you're calm and collected. The rift between you and your father is really sad. I hope you two can patch things up soon. Ramona's grade for the week: B.
Karen: You really showed up for Renee. I respect that a lot. And I'm sure she appreciates it, too. No matter what, you're there for your friends, and that speaks volumes to me about what kind of person you are. I have a lot of respect for you after this episode. Karen's grade for the week: A.
Renee: What can I say? The depression and panic you must have been going through before the infamous letter was almost too much for you. And then, the letter. You were fighting all alone for something that wasn't even there. The fight you have in you is more than most people in the world combined. You weren't going to rest until you got answers. But the answer you got when you called your family was not at all what you expected. I think we saw you physically revert back to that scared little girl who doesn't want her father to be taken away, and we cried with you. We hurt with you. This tribulation isn't over yet on the show, since we'll see the full story of Junior's alleged betrayal of your father in next week's episode. If this low is the catalyst for you taking certain people out of your life forever and putting yourself first, then it will definitely be worth it. We're all rooting for you. Renee's grade for the week: A.

She's Dead, I Killed Hah!
The Poconos will never be the same after this week's episode of Mob Wives! The girls did some shooting (at cans and targets). Big Ang and Drita spend some quality time together in the tanning tent before Drita's swimsuit photo shoot. Carla's (ex) husband is finally out of the halfway house. And Renee, well, she's losing it.
OMG!
Karen: I like that you tried to calm Renee down at the bar and at the cabin. That was sweet of you. However, when you talk about your dad's guns, it does seem a little insensitive when you make jokes about what he used them for. I know it's not your fault, and you had no control over what he did with those weapons. But I guess it's the smug way you almost brag about it that can be off-putting. Just my opinion. I was glad that you didn't put Carla in a tough spot when you were talking about Drita. Carla is a good friend. To you and to everyone else. My question is: why do you let Ramona always bring the conversation back to Drita if you all can't stand her so much? Karen's grade for this week: C.
Drita: I love that you seek out positive people like Big Ang to hang out with. The tanning scene was so good. I loved it. I also want to give you credit for doing things to keep yourself out of trouble: boxing, anger management, getting back into modeling, and just staying away from people who trigger your anger. Good job. By the way, you look great. Modeling is definitely the way to go. Although that one bathing suit was a little out there for my taste! Carla had to tell you about what Ramona said, and you flipped out. It was upsetting, but it shouldn't have gotten you so riled up. You know how she is. I don't blame you for emailing Renee with your side of the story about Ramona denying talking about Junior, but you should have left the threats out of it. I know it's hard, but you have to leave all that drama behind and move forward for yourself. Keep it moving and let Ramona sink her own ship. Drita's grade for the week: B.
Ramona: I wish you would stop bringing up Drita for no reason. No one was talking about her at the bar in the Poconos, and you just had to bring her up with Carla. Enough already. Then, when Renee showed you Drita's email, you didn't deny it, you just started attacking Drita and putting all kinds of crazy ideas in Renee's head. And that little smirk you gave as Renee left your place? Don't think we didn't catch that. You know exactly what you're doing. Your problem with Drita is out of control. Maybe you need to go to anger management. Ramona's grade for the week: D.
Renee: You are way too easily influenced. If Ramona was any more inside your head at this point, she'd be coming out your nose. This is not good. You know what kind of person Drita is, and you should know that Ramona's playing you. Hopefully you see it now when you see the look on her face when you leave her house. Cat that swallowed the canary. That's all I'm saying. I'm not looking forward to another breakdown next week, but if that's the catalyst for you breaking free from a bad situation, I'm behind you 100%. I truly hope you've found your happiness. Renee's grade for the week: C.
Carla: I think you and Joe will end up back together. You are so happy he's out of the halfway house and back home. On the couch. LOL! You truly are a good friend to Drita. It must have been tough, but she needs to know Ramona is still running her mouth. And for no good reason! Just keep being on Team Carla, and everyone else will eventually have to face each other instead of going through you all the time. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Big Ang: I'm so sorry to hear about your thyroid problem! I hope it's all better now. For being in your 50s, you have a bangin' bikini bod and you have no reason to be ashamed of it! I love your sense of humor and your fun attitude. You're right, the fighting is out of control. These girls need to take a page from your book and just be fabulous. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.

I love your sense of humor and your fun attitude. You're right, the fighting is out of control. These girls need to take a page from your book and just be fabulous. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.

Anger Management
Mob Wives got plain old silly on me this week. There's not much to say but I do have some choice words for the ladies. But before we begin, do you think all this arguing and fighting will go anywhere? Or will it just devolve into chaos by the time the season is over? Whose side are you on?
I'm actually getting a little tired of it all right now. How about you?
Drita: Anger management can only help you at this point. I liked that you mentioned fixing things with Karen. However, you're right about Ramona not allowing that to happen. I think you have a good heart and honestly don't want to fight with anyone, but for some reason, the drama always seems to come back to you, courtesy of Ramona. I think it's sad that you're really the only one working on your anger issues. It shows you're serious about changing, and I respect that. Also, when you told Renee about what Ramona said, I remember you saying you heard about it, not that Ramona specifically told you this stuff. Am I wrong? Drita's grade for the week: B.
Renee: OMG, you are exhausting in this episode! What I love about you is that you admit it. The stress of all the Junior drama and your friends pulling you in different directions is not good for you. On the Sit Down you look so much calmer and so much happier. Whatever you're doing now, keep doing it. I hate to see you blow up at anyone, but it was pretty funny that you were pissed at Ramona, then Drita, in the blink of an eye. Ramona may not have told Drita anything about Junior, but I agree with you, she probably said something to someone else and it got around. That's what happens. At the bar, you went completely off the rails and I was so relieved when the girls said what was in my head the whole time: "Why do you let it ruin your night?". Jerks are everywhere, so there's no use in losing it every time you come across one. Renee's grade for the week: D.
Carla: I felt so bad for you at that stupid cabin. I don't know how you stayed sane through all of that. It has to be hard constantly defending your friend who isn't there to defend herself. I think you're a true and loyal friend and you did your best to have a good time with these girls in spite of everything. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Karen: I like that you didn't want to discuss Drita at the cabin. If only Ramona would take your lead and not discuss her at all. I wish you both would just drop the whole Drita thing. She's trying to move forward with her life, you have this amazing new life with your book and everything, why are you holding onto this? Tell Ramona to drop it and keep it moving. Karen's grade for the week: C.
Ramona: The minute Renee mentions Drita you get fired up. When in reality, the question is, did you say something (anything) to ANYONE about Junior? Whether it was in passing or just a stupid comment, it got back to other people, not just Drita. You fixate on her so she can be your scapegoat. But it's not going to last forever. I think you need to drop the whole "I hate Drita" number and just focus on telling YOUR story. Or is hating Drita the only interesting thing about you? Ramona's grade for the week: D.
Big Ang: I wish you could have gone to the Poconos, too. Maybe they would have had more fun with you around. I honestly think you should babysit some of these girls and keep them from acting like fools with each other. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.

No Felons
Our friends, the Mob Wives celebrated Halloween and some of the ladies had to choose between attending either Drita and Ramona's party, or both!
There were so many great moments on the show this week, so let's get right into it.
Renee: I feel like every time you're involved with Junior, your common sense goes buh-bye. Wow. You're on the edge (but not of glory) like no other! The fact that Junior is no longer in your life at this moment is a huge relief to all your fans. I'm just glad you've found the strength to stand on your own without that stress in your life. The fact that you took on all the stress from the girls not wanting to hang out together plus your own stress was just terrible. Please, take care of yourself. We love you! Renee's grade for the week: C.
Drita: You were really mature about the whole Halloween party thing. It really isn't that big of a deal that two people have a Halloween party on the same day that happens to be on the last week of October. Jeez louise. I liked how you were honest about not wanting the girls to leave your party, but you understood why they would go and you weren't going to be upset about it. Your Big Ang impression was EVERYTHING! Loved it! Drita's grade for the week: A.
Carla: What did I say on the first blog of the first season of Mob Wives?! You were giving me Cher realness!! I'm SO glad you dressed up as Cher for Halloween, it was so perfect. I think you're a loyal and true friend to Drita and I love you for that. Enough said. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Karen: I love it when you're having fun and being positive. You're so much more fun when you're not mad at people. LOL! I say keep it positive and keep your mind open to the possibility of mending your relationship with Drita. Do not let Ramona keep that negativity burning inside you. Karen's grade for the week: B.
Ramona: You can't help but bash Drita in every episode for no reason. So what she threw a Halloween party the same night as you? Don't you think it was probably a convenience thing? Especially since you were taping the show? I just love (hate) how you make everything into Drita wanting to do something negative towards you when in reality she hasn't said anything about you or done anything to you unless provoked. You just don't learn. Also, you were really harsh with your comments about Drita's party - the fact that it was in Staten Island (what's wrong with that?) and the whole "monkey see monkey do" bullsh*t. Who are you to judge anyone? Ramona's grade for the week: F.
Big Ang: I still love you on this show! Your son is so sweet. I love the humongous meal you so lovingly prepared for him! It sounded delicious! Do I see a cookbook in your future? Big Ang's grade for the week: A (as usual).

Mob Daughter
Mob Wives was really interesting this week, for many reasons. I actually sympathized with Ramona for once! What is this world coming to?! All the girls are dealing with stress - Renee with Junior, Drita with Lee, Ramona with the legal system and her boyfriend, and Karen with her daughter's father. And Big Ang introduced us to her new love, Louie, the cutest dog this side of Giggy Vanderpump.
On the Sit Down (which is not online yet, for some reason), Siggy Flicker from VH1's Why Am I Still Single? dishes with Carla and Renee about dating and relationships. It was a really fun show.
Now, back to the episode!
Drita: I love that you're boxing with a trainer again. This is so much better for you than street fighting. I can see you being great at this, so please keep it up. Your reaction to Carla meeting up with Ramona was understandable. At least it was to me. Your nervous that your friend is associating with the person that has nothing but bad things to say about you. That would make anyone nervous. You didn't tell her not to be nice to her or anything, though. I truly believe you want to be done with the bullsh*t, but you just don't know how that will actually happen. Big Ang is right - everyone needs to get over it. I think if Karen extended an olive branch as a sign of good faith, you would be open to it. Ramona would have to really do some work to bury the hatchet with you. That one is a lot more complicated. When Lee called and admitted his mistakes, your face spoke volumes. Did anyone else get scared when he said if they didn't work things out it would get ugly? I don't know why but I took it almost like a threat, in a way. Maybe it was just me. I hope you finished your conversation with your daughter about fighting, and I hope you were honest with her about the fact that you have fought in the past, but you're in the process of learning more healthy ways to resolve conflicts. At least that's what I would have said. Drita's grade for the week: B.
Renee: The scene at the therapists' office with Junior was one of the most devastating scenes yet. I cannot believe how insensitive he's been with you. You're so on edge, that any little thing he says now just brings back a flood of resentment. I'm so glad you're not with him anymore. Have I said that before? (I have.) You were sweet to be there for Ramona with her boyfriend's legal issues. You've been there, so you're pretty much the expert. I just want you to focus on you without Junior in the picture, which frankly, it looks like you're doing now. We're seeing things that happened like 4 months ago, but it's going to be great to see you take steps to better yourself. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Carla: I love that you're so honest with everyone about everything. You know Drita's not going to be thrilled with you talking to Ramona, but you tell her anyway. Anyone who still thinks you're molded by Drita is just not being realistic. I don't blame you for wanting to be on semi-good terms with all the ladies, because, let's face it, it's a lot nicer to be friendly with everyone than to be fighting with everyone. And you're a nice girl! I like you, hun. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Karen: That phone call with your daughter's father was INTENSE. Talk about resentment. Seriously, I get it - you need to work to provide for your daughter because her father isn't or wasn't. So, I can understand why you got so upset when he said you left your family. You're working on bringing your family to New York where your new life (and financial stability) is. I feel for you on this one. I loved your book cover photo shoot. You looked great, shout out to whomever styled you for that. I really like you when you're just cool and not fighting with people. Karen's grade for the week: A (because she showed me a different side to her this week.)
Ramona: I said in the beginning that I sympathized with you for once, and I did. The scene outside the courthouse was emotional and definitely a peek inside the real person behind your tough persona. The scene with your kids was also really interesting. I appreciate the fact that it had to be difficult to have that conversation. You really should show this vulnerable side more. It's a lot more likable than your ... other sides. I have to call you out on what you said to Karen about your conversation with Carla. If I remember correctly, Carla never said that Drita was the one she heard all the rumors from. She said she heard from different people that you were talking about her. But according to you, it all came from Drita, which is NOT what Carla said. So, you lose points for that. Ramona's grade for the week: C-.
Big Ang: I love Louie! He's adorable!! As are you. Just keep being you. Fan favorite with good reason. Big Ang's grade for the week: A+.

Mud Fights
Mob Wives was a lot more talk than anything else this week, but if you know me, you know that I'm totally ok with that. Karen hosts a spa party at Renee's house, Renee checks Junior's phone, Carla and Ramona meet face to face, and Drita bonds with Renee.
Karen: You were actually pretty calm this week on the show, especially when Ramona and Renee started arguing at your spa party. You were upset that they had ruined it, but I hope you made the connection with the way you've been acting at other people's events lately. Your "cousin" wouldn't let the whole Carla thing go, even after you had said you were fine with her not coming that night. I know you and Ramona are close, but she's going to end up pulling you into even more drama. Karen's grade for the week: B.
Drita: I love your friendship with Renee. You were cracking me up in the scene where Renee was going through Junior's phone. Your face was priceless! You are a good friend to Renee, and I hope she remembers that and stands by you this season. I personally don't think you're molding or controlling Carla. She's a big girl and she makes her own decisions. You were too funny at the Drunken Monkey with Carla and Big Ang. I love to see you just hanging out with the girls. The scene with your daughter was so heartbreaking. No one ever wants to have to tell their kids they're getting a divorce. Drita's grade for the week: A.
Carla: I commend you for being honest with Karen and telling her what you said about being ambushed at the spa party, even if it was a joke. It turns out, she wasn't even mad about it. The fact that one of the other ladies at the spa party is not your friend anymore was even more of a reason for you not to go. I think you did the right thing by not going. Why bother? I also give you credit for meeting with Ramona, although you really didn't accomplish much with her. I think you're showing that you have your own point of view and you're not just Drita's sidekick. You were right to stand up to Ramona and tell her exactly what your problem is with her. She couldn't take the fact that you were being so up front with her. Her problem, not yours. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Renee: You weren't too happy that Carla wasn't going to show up for the spa party, but you knew that you didn't want Ramona to confront her over the phone while she was at your house. I get that. I know it may sound contradictory, but you just didn't want the bullsh*t to happen at that moment in your home. Carla and Ramona needed to sort it out on their own without any outside influences. I loved the scene where you went through Junior's phone! Loved it! You are definitely experienced in getting the information you need by any means necessary. But with what you've been through, I totally get it. I'm so glad you let Junior go for good, as we'll see as the season unfolds. You're so much better off taking care of you and your son first and foremost. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Ramona: I give you credit for sitting down with Carla and talking to her about your issues with each other. But I don't see how you can make fun of Drita for acting tough when you do the exact same thing. Maybe even more so! You act like you're the tough guy more than anyone else most of the time! I'm just saying, maybe you should tone it down. Then we wouldn't be so hesitant to like you. You should get over the whole "archenemy" thing because, let's face it, you've said much worse. Let it go, and focus on showing us why we should be invested in your story. Ramona's grade for the week: C.

The Middle
Mob Wives was a whole lot of blah blah blah this week, but I'm ok with that, because I could listen to these ladies talk all day.
Renee: No matter how much you try to control it, you love the drama. You say in one instance that you want everyone to get along, and the next, you're saying you don't mind getting involved in the Karen and Renee vs. Carla and Drita feud. In season one, you wouldn't be caught dead in the middle. I guess it just shows where you are emotionally at this point that you would actually be excited about being the catalyst for an epic spa party throwdown. Also, I admire your intensity when confirming Ramona's rat-like ways. Go get her. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Ramona: Everyone is on to you now. Or at least they will be soon. The fact that you hate on Drita for having swagger even though she wasn't born into YOUR culture implies that she can't have swagger UNLESS she's part of your culture. That's pretty ignorant. I suggest you take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why you think you're the only one who gets to have balls around here. Ramona's grade for the week: F.
Drita: Going into Lee's special top secret room was a big deal, since just a few episodes ago, you wouldn't even go near the door. I'm glad you've made it official and sent off the divorce papers. You're much better off without the stress of a cheating spouse. You gave Carla good advice about Karen (don't trust her), but you didn't freak out about them making peace. I'm a Drita fan till the end, you know that. I love how honest you were with Renee about what Ramona said. Keep on keepin' it real. Drita's grade for the week: A.
Karen: I can't keep repeating myself with you, so I'll just say, get over it. The story you told Ramona and Carla about your conversation with Carla was complete fiction. What dinner did you go to? Do you not realize your actual conversation is on video - so it can be played back - and your outlandish exaggerations would be exposed? I can't with you. Karen's grade for the week: F.
Carla: You keep your composure like no one else in this group, and for that, I commend you. Just promise me you'll continue to keep a cool head and make sure you don't start laughing when the sh*t hits the fan ... again. Carla's grade for the week: B.
The Sit Down after the show was super fun and surprisingly light-hearted. Renee, Drita, and Big Ang gave awesome talk and lots of laughs. Loved it.

Loved it.

The Crumbs
Mob Wives was reeeeally good last night. I'm loving all the subplots and backstories coming out about all the ladies. Whose story is the most interesting for you? Frankly, I'm fascinated by all of them!
So, without further ado, here's my take on this week's episode!
Ramona: It's unfortunate that you and your boyfriend got arrested for some drug shenanigans. However, I can't believe you were totally taken by surprise by this. I don't know why, but I just don't buy what you're selling. But that's just my opinion. In the episode, you weren't totally irritating. So, that's a point for you. It was very interesting when you revealed that your family kept their ties to the Mafia a semi-secret from you. There's definitely something inside you that attracts mobsters. I actually laughed when you told Renee to calm down about Junior's mess, then added, "I have maids, so I never had this problem". Oh, Ramona, you are something else. You have a compelling story, so keep it about you and your family, and quit instigating fights between Karen and the other ladies, and you just might redeem yourself this season. Ramona's grade for the week: C.
Drita: I gotta keep it real - it is funny to hear you talk about all the people you beat up back in the day. But I'm torn. Part of me says: You shouldn't be that proud of giving girls a beatdown in da club (or several clubs) no matter how long ago it was. Then, another part of me says: That sh*t is funny. I can just imagine you throwing down and takin' your "red satin pumps" off just like you did at Renee's house last season. I know I should be mature and tell you that you should put all that behind you and not glorify it now in hindsight. But seriously, who hasn't sat back and reminisced about putting someone in their place (or in a hospital)? I know your violent past is nothing to make light of ... so again, I'm torn. But let's get back to the episode. I love that you were Little Miss Detective and had Derek Tobacco confirm that you were hit after he was holding you. I'm pretty sure you already knew that, but you just had to make it official so you could call out Karen publicly for hitting you after the fight was over. We get it. She got her shot in but it wasn't a fair shot. Let's move on. I still love you and Carla as friends - so that's definitely fun to watch. And as for Karen and Ramona, don't let them get to you at all. There's no reason for you to throw down with them ever again, unless it's in a boxing ring, and you have boxing gloves on. Now, that, I want to see. Drita's grade for the week: C+.
Big Ang: How cool are you? SO COOL I CAN'T STAND IT. Seriously, you own a bar named The Drunken Monkey, you've got the voice of a Guidette Angel, and your personality is spec-friggin-tacular. I don't care what anyone says, you're the new It Girl of Mob Wives. Your son is a little lost, but it seems like you're trying your best to keep him in line - although it's not really working. It's concerning to hear him say he's not worried about getting a job, but I'm thinking he's already making money somehow. I like his sunglasses, though. I hope we meet this new boyfriend of yours that got you that puppy! I wanna see this guy! Ang, you keep doin' what you're doin'. We love you! Big Ang's grade for the week: A.
Renee: You had a roller coaster of an episode, that's for sure. I love that you're not personally fighting with any of the ladies this week. You're fighting with Junior and AJ instead, which is worse. Moving in with Junior was not a great idea, and it's probably the source of AJ's bad behavior lately. The kid said he hopes you two don't stay together - that's not a good sign. And the CRUMBS!!! Pick up the CRUMBS!!! LOL! You were definitely smashed on wine that night, not that it's any excuse for terrorizing children in your home. That poor little girl was like OMG! I think you're stressed to the point where you become aggressive and that's only going to drive the wedge between you and Junior deeper and deeper. I am glad you're not with Junior anymore. That whole chapter needed to end. Just don't go back. Your reactions to Karen's foul mouth were so hilarious! When someone startles Renee, that's bad! Renee's grade for the week: C.
Carla: The best thing about you is your ability to shrug things off without getting too angry. You get annoyed with people, but you don't let it go too far. When you were talking about how Ramona keeps talking sh*t about you, you just said it matter-of-factly. You don't like her, she doesn't like you, end of story. Some of the other ladies can't get over this type of stuff. You were calm and collected at your sit-down with Karen. I'm so glad you didn't engage her in a screaming match or anything crazy. You handled it well. Just keep letting Karen and Ramona know that you stand on your own two feet and any and all issues with Drita need to be addressed to her, not you. Carla's grade for the week: A.
Karen: You made a fool of yourself this week, like even more so than usual. It's crazy because I don't think you're a bad person or anything, but you have got to get a grip. First, you almost had Renee's eyes pop out of her head with your disgusting language, then, you flip out on Carla when you're really mad at Drita, and drop some more filth that I can't even bring myself to repeat. Get yourself together and find a more productive way to spend your time. Because this foolishness is just annoying. You're not making yourself any more likable, honey. Go see Renee's therapist or something. Karen's grade for the week: F.

Making Amends
This episode of Mob Wives was all about forgiveness, and I loved it! We have plenty to talk about, so here we go!
Big Ang: I gotta start with you. Right from the beginning, you're a positive influence on these ladies. You're fun, charming, real, and just plain nice. I loved your talk with Drita at the top of the episode, and your friend Linda is a riot. I'd party with you two any day. I agree that all this fighting is stupid, even though the show basically thrives on drama. But I think this show could use some light-hearted fun once in a while. Oh and no more plastic surgery. We love you just the way you are. The pow wow you organized turned out well, and I think that had a lot to do with how much the ladies respect you. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.
Drita: You have a lot on your mind, but you have the wherewithal to realize that Carla and Renee need to resolve their issues. I like that you're focusing on the future - getting ready to sell your house and getting your jewelry from Lee appraised. It was painful to watch you try to skirt the issue with Aleeya, but you're doing your best to keep her out of the grown-up problems that you and Lee are having. You just want your kids to be kids, and I love you for that. You were easy breezy at the Renee/Carla meeting, and it was such a relief that they're okay. Good job this week. Drita's grade for the week: A.
Renee: I really admire the fact that you sat down and wrote a letter to express your feelings about Carla. I do not like your friend Nikole - she wants you to stay mad at Carla for a reason. You don't need people who are going to encourage you to be angry. You've got enough problems, you don't need more anger in your life. You started off at Big Ang's get-together on the aggressive side, but I'm so glad you softened up and made up with Carla. You need good friends around you right now, and a friend of 27 years is not something you want to just walk away from over some pettiness. And you lighting up between Big Ang's boobs is my new favorite scene. That was just hilarious. About you and Junior, I like that you're happy - but I don't know if this is the best thing for you. You've revealed recently that you're not currently with him, so I'm guessing we'll see that unfold as the season goes on. I have to say, your friend Tiffany is right, you gotta focus on yourself. I thought it was so classy that you met with Carla in private to discuss the letter and I'm glad it didn't turn ugly at all. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Carla: You were right to make peace with Renee. I love that you're dropping the mean girl routine! And for the record, I don't think you're Drita's puppet like Ramona and Karen say. You have your own opinions and your own ideas. You're just not on their team, so of course, they're going to hate on you. I look forward to your confrontation with Karen next week - show her she can't intimidate you. Carla's grade for the week: B.
Karen: I give you credit - you're a good friend. You've hitched your wagon to Ramona, and you're keeping it there for the time being. It was nice to see you having fun in this episode. I wish you would keep your temper and hatred for Drita on the back burner from now on. You're so much more likable when you're not tearing someone else down. Karen's grade for the week: B.
Ramona: I was surprised to learn you live a life of luxury travelling with your boyfriend. I do admire the fact that you divorced your husband for getting involved with the mafia (allegedly), but the problem I have with you is that I really can't wholeheartedly believe anything that comes out of your mouth. I hope you prove me wrong. I felt bad for you when you called Karen in a panic after your arrest. Your boyfriend must have been hiding something really bad from you for the cops to swoop in on y'all like that. Get that situation resolved, honey. Ramona's grade for the week: C.
On the next episode, Renee moves back in with Junior (bad idea!), Ramona reveals what went down with her boyfriend and the arrest, Drita and Carla dish about Ramona, Karen and Renee discuss Carla, and Karen and Carla finally meet up and it's not pretty.

Done Deal
The second episode of this season of Mob Wives centered around the brawl at Renee's Celebration of Life party, and I have to admit, it was brutal. Even for me. I actually felt for some of the ladies. And for those of you who dismiss this show as just another catfight-fest, Mob Wives is so much more than that. The emotions are so real, I truly believe these women would be into the same shenanigans if the cameras weren't around.
So let's get into it!
Renee: I felt so bad for you in this episode. You are literally screaming through the majority of the episode, begging people not to fight. If I were you, I would have intervened in the Drita/Karen conversation sooner. If anyone could have shut it down and separated them, it would have been you. I think you were truly disappointed in your friends, and you had more than enough reasons for that. I don't know if it's the best decision to get back with Junior, but if you're happy, I'm happy for you. I say you need to sit down with each of the ladies and reevaluate your friendships on a one on one level. And rethink your fight with Carla. You need all the friends you can get these days. You never know when Junior is gonna hurt you again. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Carla: I know you're glad you didn't go to Renee's party, but I kind of wish you were there to keep Drita from going completely crazy. I really love your friendship with her, because you seem to calm her down. Again, I wish you would mend your relationship with Renee, only because she's going through such a tough time, but I understand it may take some time to get to that point. Stay on Drita's side, and keep her positive. Carla's grade for the week: B.
Drita: Well, we finally know what set you off: Ramona. I hate that she and Karen put you back in that frame of mind to start throwing punches. To be honest, I'm disappointed, but I do understand - you were beyond your limit, and you reacted. It was so unnecessary, especially when you were coming at Karen like an adult. You spoke to her like any friend would who wanted to resolve a problem, and all you got in return was hostility. When you realized what she was doing, you should have removed yourself from the situation. Karen and Ramona are so not worth it. To your credit, you didn't throw the first punch until Ramona got in your face. But, I want you to do your fighting in the ring, and make sure to invite Karen and Ramona to get in the ring with you and fight fair. I don't believe that you were set up, because Renee wouldn't set something up to ruin her own party. The people at fault are Karen and Ramona. I know you said you'll fight till you die, but I'd rather you let the moron twins take each other down eventually. Drita's grade for the week: D.
Karen: You've managed to make yourself look even worse this week. You used the talk with Drita to air your grievances about rumors you heard instead of just communicating with her. You let your "cousin" get in your head and make you more angry than you actually were. Your tone was so rude, you didn't want to hear anything that Drita had to say, and frankly, you should have just said "no" to Big Ang when she asked you to go outside to talk to Drita. But you couldn't pass up an opportunity to get in Drita's face and show how tough you are. Not only that, you go after a guy that you assume hit Ramona without even getting all of the information. You caused a major scene, and the next day, you couldn't have been more proud of yourself. You were happy that you got physical with Drita. I don't think you even realize how scary that is. Karen's grade for the week: F.
Ramona: I think the word for you is "instigator". I love the fact that you were watching Karen and Drita talk because you just couldn't not be in the mix. And then, you keep insisting to Big Ang that you don't trust Drita, when you're not even in this situation in the first place. This isn't your fight, period. Your issues with Drita are your own, and you shouldn't be using Karen to fight with you against Drita. That's such a coward move. Also, y'all aren't cousins, you're grown ass women, so you need to stop calling each other that. Barf. Also, you got your lip cut because you got in the middle of something you shouldn't have. That's karma for you, ok? That fight was all your doing, and you took absolutely no responsibility for your part in it. You riled Karen up and the two of you wreaked havoc on the entire party. Not only that, you're both so happy about it, it makes you both look like lunatics. Ramona's grade for the week: F.
Big Ang: I love your explanation of Renee's party, and I'm glad you admitted that your plan backfired. I still want to be your new best friend. Big Ang's grade for the week: A.

Same Grudge, Different Day
MOB WIVES IS BACK!! Can you tell I'm beyond excited about this show being back in my life? Well, I am, and you should be, as well. This show ... is everything I love about reality television. Drama, interesting personalities, drama, catfights, drama, flashy parties, drama ... you get the idea.
So let's get started with the first episode of the second season, and believe me, it started off with a bang.
Renee: I felt so terrible for you, what with your plastic surgery nightmare and your depression coming back. I think this may be the lowest we've ever seen you before. And it's understandable. Your self esteem is shot, and your friendship with Carla seems to be broken forever. Granted, you're still hurt over the boyfriend/groping situation last season, but Carla's disinterest in you is more than obvious. Just let her go. You gotta focus on getting your depression under control, and getting your self esteem back. And that has nothing to do with how big or small your ass is. Get well soon, Renee. Renee's grade for the week: B.
Carla: I know a lot of women like you. You're not necessarily a bad friend, you're just self-absorbed. If you don't have time for someone, you really don't sweat it. You just go on about your business, almost oblivious that someone is waiting for you to pick up the phone or show up for them. I don't think you meant to hurt Renee so much, but you're just not willing or able to give her what she needs in a friendship. So, maybe you two just shouldn't be friends anymore. Which is a shame, but it is what it is. You're still very loyal and close to Drita, which I agree with. You two are a much better fit, since Drita is definitely not clingy or needy like Renee. I will advise you to not kick Renee when she's down - she's just not in a good place right now - and calling her names makes you come off a little mean-girl-ish. Carla's grade for the week: C.
Ramona: Welcome to the show, new girl. I already don't like you. I gave you a chance, but you've got a serious case of reality-tv-itis, characterized by your over the top need to create drama and make other people mad for no good reason, so you can be a part of the drama and get on camera. I see right through you. When Karen was somewhat receptive to Drita's invitation to talk, you bashed the idea and made Karen angry all over again just so you wouldn't lose your ally on the show. At Renee's party, you should have stayed out of it and let Karen and Drita talk outside like adults and not inserted yourself in the situation. Wow. You were born to do this. Just watch yourself, because Drita doesn't play. Ramona's grade for the week: D.
Karen: Why are you still listening to other people instead of dealing with things yourself? You should have never talked to Ramona about your issues with Drita, because you know they're not fond of each other. What kind of advice were you expecting from Ramona? She doesn't want to see you and Drita resolve your issues, since she's using you to be relevant on the show. Her only role is being your friend against Drita. She's basically doing what you did to Drita in season 1 - Drita was the only one giving you the time of day, and once you got close with Renee again, you turned on Drita without hesitation - you think Ramona's not going to do the same (or worse) to you? I still can't respect you, Karen. I can understand you're upset about rumors going around the neighborhood about the rooftop fight, but do something productive with yourself instead of keeping this grudge going in your head. You allowed Ramona to stir your negativity up into a frenzy, and you're making yourself look crazy by getting in Drita's face at Renee's party. You should have known better than to start anything there. You should have just talked to her like an adult. Without your toadie. Karen's grade for the week: F.
Drita: You know you're my girl. I commend you for divorcing Lee, I love that you're taking up boxing as a stress reliever and possible career, and I love that you texted Karen and apologized even though she was totally in the wrong last season. You're being the bigger person in all of this, and it's apparent that you want to resolve the matter like adults. Too bad you're dealing with a moron. Who has an idiot for a sidekick. Seriously, you went to Renee's alone, so it's obvious you weren't looking for a fight. You took Big Ange's advice and agreed to talk to Karen. And what you got is nonsense. I don't know what sets you off to the point of fighting (we have to wait until next week for that), but whatever it was, you should have just walked away like you said you would. I know it's hard in the heat of the moment, but think of how deflated Karen would have been if you wouldn't have engaged in that. Just remember to let her dig her own grave next time. Drita's grade for the week: C.
Big Ange: I gotta shout you out because you are my new hero. Your red feather extension made my friggin' night, and your husky voice is like music to my ears. Be my new best friend, please, I'm begging you.
